The Bellini Station

The first Bellini was poured in the summer of 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder and barman of the legendary Harry's Bar in Venezia. Legend has it that the drink's characteristic sunset shade reminded the bartender of the strikingly chromatic paintings by 15th-century Venetian artist Giovani Bellini, hence the name.

The original Bellini was made with sparkling wine, combined with a peach puree and/or peach schnapps - but now, similar to a mimosa, many individuals use juices within their ‘modern’ Bellini stations and there are endless combinations you can make with all the different flavours and juices now available to suit all tastes.

At Polished Nails and Cocktails, we thought a Bellini station would be a fantastic addition to our bar menu! Our Bellini station is a great way to share a drink with your friends and very good value for money. Included in our Bellini station is either one or two bottles of Prosecco (or a bottle of champagne, for those extra special occasions!) with 3 fruit juices of your choice. You can choose from our large range of juices, which includes Orange, Cranberry & Raspberry, Passion fruit, Grape, Peach or Apple, all served in a ice bucket with complimentary bar snacks!

Having a Bellini station is a great way to relax during the week or even let loose a little over the weekends as a pre - week treat!

We hope to see you at our salon soon for some pampering and a Bellini

Cheers, Your Polished Team xo
