Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Polished Nails and Cocktails, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Please note

We run our services alongside self employed staff at Polished, under their own businesses. You may notice a slight differ in pricing, how their treatments are performed and their T&C's. If booking in with them and any problems occur, you will need to deal with them directly and the below terms may not apply. 

Treatments

Please let us know if you need a removal of your gel nails/extensions when booking a manicure or pedicure as extra time needs to be booked for this. Failure to do this may result in us not being able to carry out your treatment and you may still be charged.

We charge a £5 fee for a gel nail removal if booking another treatment or £10 for a removal only.

We do not remove acrylic nails extensions.

Booking Policy

Bookings are made through our partner booking system 'Fresha'. You will be asked to enter your personal details, details of how your information is kept can be found here

Please find details regarding our cancellation policy below. 

Lateness Policy

If you are running 15 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to offer you either a late arrival fee of £5 or to re-schedule your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late, we have the right to cancel your appointment or charge you an additional £10 on top of your treatment. 

In the instance where we would have to re-schedule your appointment, we would require a 50% deposit for your treatment and failure to turn up for the re-scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This will allow us to free up spaces for other bookings. If the booking was made on the same day or less than 48 hours before, please notify us at least 3 hours prior, the same policies apply if you fail to turn up or cancel your appointment.

Deposits

We require a non refundable 50% deposits for all group bookings (3 or more people).

We also require a non refundable deposit for any bookings over £70.

Service Guarantees & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with our service, please let us know during your treatment or before you leave the salon. We are committed to rectify any problems to your satisfaction. If we are at fault, we will happily offer you a refund. No refunds or free treatments will be offered once you leave the salon.

By Booking in with Polished Nails and Cocktails you agree to our terms and conditions. These are available to view at various places around our salon and on our website.
