Salon Policies

At Polished Nails and Cocktails, we are committed to creating an exceptional experience for all our clients. To help us maintain high standards and manage our time fairly, we kindly ask you to review the following policies. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Independent Professionals

Please note: Many of our services are performed by self-employed professionals operating their own businesses within the salon. As a result, there may be differences in pricing, treatment styles, and terms. If you experience an issue, we kindly ask that you contact the individual service provider directly, as our standard policies may not apply.

Treatment Notes

  • Gel Nail or Extension Removal:
    If you require removal of gel or extensions, please let us know at the time of booking, as additional time may be required.
    Charges apply — please refer to our treatment menu for the most up-to-date pricing.

  • Acrylic Removal:
    We do not offer acrylic nail removal services.

Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be booked via Vagaro, our official booking partner.

  • Personal data provided through bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Voucher Policy

  • Vouchers must be presented in person at the time of your appointment.

  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Lateness Policy

  • Up to 15 minutes late:
    A £5 late fee may apply, or you may be asked to reschedule.

  • Over 15 minutes late:
    We reserve the right to cancel the appointment or apply a £10 late fee.

  • If you are rescheduled, a 50% deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. No-shows for rescheduled appointments will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    You will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via Vagaro or by contacting us directly.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for:

    • Group bookings (3 or more people)

    • Any booking over £70

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

Customers are entitled to request adjustments for any concerns arising within five days post-treatment. Should any issues occur, we encourage you to contact us within this timeframe for resolution. Regrettably, after this five-day period, we are unable to offer refunds or complimentary treatments once you have exited the salon. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide the highest standard of service.
